LCF Cafe by Le Chaat Factory Opened their first Outlet in Chattarpur, New Delhi.
The Show Foodz Team went to this Cafe in evening time and got mesmerized with the colorful, funky interiors and lighting. The place is very well decorated with attractive wall graffitis, false ceiling of earthen pots. You will feel great with the variety of colors and props they used to decorate this place. Very soothing ambience with colorful Table-chairs and two set of swing.
The waiters/managers are well dressed and helped us in deciding the food. We ordered single serving of several items just to taste the variety of food basically Indian Snacks and avoid wastage.
Food we ordered –
1) Golgappa Platter – 3 types of Golgappa with 3 flavors of water. Nice in taste, beautiful presentation but bit costly.
2) Desi Ghee Khasta Kachori with Aloo ki Sabzi – Crisp Kachori served with tangy & spicy Aloo ki Sabzi topped with minced onions & green Chutney. Real Desi taste.
3) Matra Kulcha Sandwich – It was something new and delicious. Kulcha was stuffed with spiced matar, Veggies & slice of Paneer served with Red(Sweet) Chutney & Green Chutney.
4) In drinks we tried – Shareefa Shake & Mango Shake both were so fresh & great in taste ( Shareefa Shake is Highly Recommended)
5) At the end ordered LCF Thaali to taste the main course at this place Thali consists Paneer Gravy, Dal Makhni, Mix Veg, Raita, Veg Biryani, Salad, Papad, Gulab Jamun, Pickle, Papad with 2 Laccha Parantha. Main Course was equally good as starters/snacks.
It was a Nice experience at this cafe, All the items are very well prepared in Open kitchen visible to customers in hygienic way and was superb in taste. The presentation of food was so good, quantity and quality both are fine.
